Can I keep my current card machine?
Not every reader can be transferred between providers. Tell us the make, model and current provider so we can check compatibility before you plan your switch.
Will NeroPay definitely reduce my costs?
That depends on your current pricing, payment activity and the services you choose. We can review your statement and prepare a proposal so you can make a like-for-like comparison.
How long does switching take?
Timing depends on account checks, hardware availability and your setup requirements. Our team can discuss the steps with you. Don't stop your old service until the new setup is ready.

Can I use Terminal Max for counter self-ordering?
Yes. With the supported self-ordering setup enabled, customers can browse the menu, place an order and pay at the counter. Configure the ordering and payment options for your venue before use.
Can Terminal Max be used at a table or as NeroPOS at the till?
Terminal Max can support table ordering and payment, or be used as a NeroPOS checkout at the till. The available modes depend on the apps, account features and setup enabled for your business.
What is the difference between Flex and Terminal Max?
Flex offers a handheld 5.5-inch touchscreen and built-in receipt printer. Terminal Max provides an 8-inch screen for a larger NeroPOS, customer-facing or self-ordering experience. Check current hardware options in the NeroPay Store.
