Send a link.
Make payment simple.
From a phone order to a booking deposit, turn an agreed amount into a payment link. Share it with your customer, let them pay through hosted checkout and follow the result in NeroPay.
For one agreed amount. Need a reusable customer-entered amount instead? Take a look at NeroForm.

Keep the conversation. Add a way to pay.
You do not need a full website checkout to request a remote payment. Start with the order, service or booking you have already agreed.
Fit your existing conversation
Share the link privately by email, SMS or your preferred messaging channel after confirming the details with the customer.
Request a clear amount
Create a payment request for the agreed price and description, so the customer understands what the checkout is for.
No card details in messages
Customers enter their payment details on the hosted payment page, rather than sending them to your team in a chat.
Three steps. One shared understanding.
A payment link works best when the amount and the purpose are clear before the customer opens checkout.
Create the request
Choose the amount and currency, then add a useful description for the order, booking or service.
Share it privately
Copy the payment link and send it to the intended customer through the channel you already use.
Check the result
Confirm the recorded payment status in NeroPay before marking the order paid or releasing the goods.
Choose your payment request.
A request for the agreed order total.
Share privately after checking the items, fulfilment details and final amount with the customer.
A request for an agreed booking amount.
Explain the booking terms and what the deposit covers before sending your customer to checkout.
A request after the amount is agreed.
Give the customer useful context and check the recorded payment before marking the balance settled.
Take payment where the order starts.
Give customers a direct next step without moving your whole sales process onto a new website.
Orders by phone or message
Confirm the order, delivery details and total, then send a payment link for the agreed amount.
Booking deposits
Request an agreed deposit before a reservation or appointment, and make the booking terms clear in the conversation.
Service balances
Send a link after completing work or agreeing a service price. Use an invoice if the customer also needs a formal itemised bill.
A little context makes a better payment link.
Make the payment request recognisable. Your customer should know who is requesting payment, what it covers and what will happen next.
Use a useful description
Reference the order or service—not just “payment”—so your team can find it again.
Explain the next step
Tell the customer whether payment confirms the order, reserves a booking or settles an agreed balance.
Check payment—not a screenshot
Use the status recorded in your account before fulfilling an order or confirming that a balance is settled.
One account. More ways to get paid.
Choose the route that matches how your customer buys—not a one-size-fits-all payment journey.

Talk to NeroPay →Do I need a website to use payment links?
No. You can create a payment link in NeroPay and share it with your customer without building a website checkout.
How can I send a payment link to a customer?
Share the link privately through email, SMS or a messaging conversation. Check the recipient and explain the amount and what the payment covers.
Can I use a link for a booking deposit?
Yes. Request the agreed deposit amount and explain the booking, cancellation and remaining-payment terms to the customer before they pay.
Will my team need to collect card details?
No. The customer enters payment information on the hosted payment page. Do not request card numbers or security codes in messages.
How do I know whether a customer has paid?
Check the recorded payment status in your NeroPay account. A sent link, an opened page or a customer screenshot is not the same as a confirmed successful payment.
What is the difference between Link Payments and NeroForm?
Link Payments requests a specific amount. NeroForm gives your business a reusable payment link and QR through which a customer can choose the amount to pay.
Should I send an invoice instead?
Use an invoice when the customer needs a structured bill with line items and billing details. A payment link is a simpler route when you already agreed the amount.
Your next remote order could start with a link.
Make the amount clear, share the request and keep the payment result connected to your business.
