Is NeroCard available to every account?
Availability, eligible spending, limits and card options depend on your account, location and the applicable card terms. Check your account before ordering or issuing a card.
Can I control a card from my account?
Where supported, you can review card settings and use freeze or unfreeze controls. A control change does not undo a transaction that has already been authorised.
Does having a balance guarantee a card payment will be approved?
No. Card limits, available funds, transaction eligibility and security checks can affect authorisation. Review the transaction status rather than assuming a purchase has completed.
Can I use Terminal Max for counter self-ordering?
Yes. With the supported self-ordering setup enabled, customers can browse the menu, place an order and pay at the counter. Configure the ordering and payment options for your venue before use.
Can Terminal Max be used at a table or as NeroPOS at the till?
Terminal Max can support table ordering and payment, or be used as a NeroPOS checkout at the till. The available modes depend on the apps, account features and setup enabled for your business.
What is the difference between Flex and Terminal Max?
Flex offers a handheld 5.5-inch touchscreen and built-in receipt printer. Terminal Max provides an 8-inch screen for a larger NeroPOS, customer-facing or self-ordering experience. Check current hardware options in the NeroPay Store.
