Get a quote →What does 1.3% + 15¢ mean?
On standard pricing, the processing charge is 1.3% of the payment value plus €0.15. For example, a €20 card payment has a 41¢ processing charge. This example does not include any separate account-specific charges.
Can I get a bespoke rate?
Yes. If your business takes €150,000 or more in annual card payments, request a payment review. We can discuss your transaction mix, hardware needs and eligibility for a tailored quote.
Is the terminal included in the processing rate?
No. Hardware is purchased separately. Visit the NeroPay Store to explore the available devices and payment options.
Is there a long-term payment contract?
Our standard payment-service offer has no long-term contract or cancellation fee. Account terms still apply, and any hardware balance or other outstanding amounts remain payable. A terminal payment plan is not a cancellable rental.
Are all NeroPay products free?
No. NeroPOS, NeroWeb and NeroBooking core software is free. Payment processing, hardware and separately selected paid services have their own charges. Check the relevant product and your account fee schedule.
Can I accept online and in-person payments?
Yes. NeroPay offers card terminals, compatible Tap to Pay devices, online checkout, payment links and invoice payments. Availability and the applicable fees depend on your account and chosen services.
Does stopping payment services cancel my instalments?
No. A terminal payment plan covers your hardware purchase. Any unpaid balance remains due under the agreed payment schedule, even if you stop using payment services.
Terminal Max and your service
Can I use Terminal Max for counter self-ordering?
Yes. With the supported self-ordering setup enabled, customers can browse the menu, place an order and pay at the counter. Configure the ordering and payment options for your venue before use.
Can Terminal Max be used at a table or as NeroPOS at the till?
Terminal Max can support table ordering and payment, or be used as a NeroPOS checkout at the till. The available modes depend on the apps, account features and setup enabled for your business.
What is the difference between Flex and Terminal Max?
Flex offers a handheld 5.5-inch touchscreen and built-in receipt printer. Terminal Max provides an 8-inch screen for a larger NeroPOS, customer-facing or self-ordering experience. Check current hardware options in the NeroPay Store.
