NeroPay Flex has a built-in receipt printer, so you can offer a printed customer receipt from the handheld device. Other setups may use separate compatible receipt printers.
Can I accept Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. Compatible NeroPay terminals accept supported contactless wallet payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, alongside supported debit and credit cards.
Does NeroPay Flex have mobile connectivity?
NeroPay Flex supports Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 4G Cellular and Bluetooth connectivity. Available connections depend on the device setup, any required accessories and network coverage.
Can I use the terminal before registering it?
No. Your merchant account must be ready to take payments and the reader must be registered and connected to the correct NeroPay account. Follow the setup guide before starting a transaction.
Can I connect payments to a POS system?
NeroPay offers NeroPOS and integration options. Compatibility depends on the POS system and connection method, so check your intended setup with our team before buying hardware.
How soon will I receive my payouts?
Available payout options and settlement times depend on your merchant account, verification status and payment activity. Review the options shown in your account; individual payments may also be subject to checks.
Do I need to buy a separate terminal?
Not always. Tap to Pay lets eligible merchants accept contactless payments on supported phones. Check your device and account compatibility before choosing this option.
